Purpose of the Application The FGDMS App is developed to ensure transparency and accuracy in the government’s Food Grain Distribution Management System. It is used only by authorized fair price shop owners under the Food and Civil Supplies Department. When food grain consignments are dispatched from district or zone warehouses, a QR code is generated for each delivery. When the truck driver arrives at the shop location, the shop owner logs in to the FGDMS app using a username and password, scans the QR code, and verifies the received stock.
